Cancellation / Late Policy - We require a minimum of 4 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a single appointment. Multi-service or multiple appointments require a full 24hr notice to cancel or change in any way. A credit card must be provided to book multiple-service appointments or packages.

If you fail to call or show, your card will be charged 100% of the service booked. We have set aside this time especially for you.

Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 15 minutes provided we hear from you, and an additional $10 late fee will be applied to your bill. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service cannot be guaranteed. Your request for service will be treated as a “walk-in” and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we are unable to accommodate you, the $10 late fee will be applied to your next appointment.

Cell Phone - We ask for you to place your cell phones on silent. If you do need to answer a call, please limit the call time.

Gift Certificates – Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months.  Before making your appointment, please advise our staff you are using a gift certificate.

Health Issues and Allergies - Please advise us of any concerns or allergies you may have, when booking your appointment. Waxing is not advisable on clients that are using Retin A or Glycolic face products. Also, if you have had excessive sun exposure or are sunburned you may be asked to reschedule your facial service appointment.

Payment - We accept credit cards and cash only. No personal checks. Gratuities are accepted on credit cards.

Childcare - Childcare is NOT provided. Please, as a courtesy and respect to our other guests, please make prior arangements.
