We do our best to incorporate eco-conscious materials and practices in our services .
Here are some examples of the steps we are taking to be environmentally friendly and healthier overall in our daily operations.

SUGARBUBBLE DAY SPA ECO-POLICY

We are committed to use environmentally friendly procedures in the course of our daily operations.
• Recycling
• Conserving water
• Minimizing waste and pollution
• Buying green or eco friendly products
• Following all environmental rules and regulations

We recycle and use materials in every department that that minimize the impact on the environment including:
  • Recyclable plastics will be separated for recycling before entering our waste system.
  • Encourage clients to recycle nail kits for reuse
  • Using “end-of-life” towels and linens as cleaning cloths
  • Nail metal implements are steam heat sterilized with distilled water using an autoclave.
  • Utilize pump spray nail drying agent versus aerosol nail drying spray
  • Printed forms are printed on post-consumer, recycled paper
ECO-PRACTICES
  • We’ve installed an On Demand Tankless water heater, which only heats up water as needed
  • Coffee offered to guests is organic, and made on demand per cup in order to eliminate coffee and filter waste
  • Aerosol cans have been replaced with air pump sprays and squeeze products
  • Our LCD computer monitor is used to reduced energy usage.
  • Purchases of consumables are made in bulk sizes and smaller containers refilled whenever possible
  • Energy Star rated energy efficient light bulbs use in work areas.
  • Glass cups versus plastic to serve guests drinks.
  • Skin care and nail products included in treatments will be organic, petroleum, and harsh-chemical free whenever possible.
  • Trash bags used in spa are biodegradable.
  • Compact fluorescent lighting fixtures are used wherever practical
  • Low-flow water valves and fixtures have been carefully selected for their ability to provide ample water flow without excessive water waste including, water-efficient aerators
  • Any disposable cutlery used is 100% biodegradable & compostable
    Cutlery is made using replanted trees from farmed forests
